In lamb marination; tenderloin, sirloin steak or ribeye meat is cut into two-centimeter-thick steaks. Again, salt as flavoring and other optional spices, garlic as acidic and olive oil as oil will provide you with very delicious results.

After marinating front and back with salt, pepper and a little olive oil and milk, seal the meat in a heated cast iron grill or skillet. Then place the meat on the grill and cook on all sides for a short time, turning it over. It will take about 10 minutes to cook.
